Atomic Talent was founded by Tom Bilton in 2023. He has spent the last 11 years building teams in the Biotech, Pharma, and MedTech industries.

Tom grew up in Bedfordshire before moving to Cardiff. He now resides in Galway on the West Coast of Ireland. He loves spending time with his wife, two little girls, and his fluffy white cat. He enjoys playing chess, writing short stories, cooking Italian cuisine, and kicking a football.
